Wow... that's all I can say to sum up last night's event. Krissy won the night bringing her Heatwave championship tally to two. She stormed the table in the last half hour of play and won $20 (Ed - correct me if I'm wrong!) to bring her total to over $60... congrats sis! I walked away about $8 poorer but still had a great time.
Ed put on a great half time show - seeing him perform in front of a crowd is always great. The final act of his show was incredible and while I understand why, I'm 'enraged' there wasn't more!
The final highlight of the evening (for me anyway) actually occurred at about 5 this morning when Bea had to damn near carry Krissy up the stairs - those two together are a riot! I'm glad you two finally met and have such a great time when you're together.
Next year we have Hawaiian Luau Heatwave to look forward to... I feel like shopping for my flowered shirt now! This year's Heatwave is definitely one for the record books!

First of all, thank you for the kind words on the halftime show. I am "enraged" too that I could not do more, but it is what it is and it turned out great. I can't thank everyone who was there enough.
Yes, you are correct... Krissy, who didn't play most of the 4th quarter, step back to the table with under 30 minutes to go and proceeded to lay the smackdown for an extra $20 to her stack. Unbelievable and a performance worthy of the championship status.

It was such a blast!! And yes...that was mildly entertaining..except when I almost fell on her? LOL She is so much fun to hang with & I just love LOVE spending time with you all!! Can't wait for next year!! Plotting the coconuts already
