Twelve misconfigured clients,
Eleven emergency texts,
Ten frantic phone calls,
Nine tangled cables,
Eight crappy Dells,
Seven closed out tickets,
Six imaged iMacs,
Five MAP testing servers,
Four stupid questions,
Three pissed off co-workers,
Two pissy attitudes,
And a hijacked mail account!
